Défense Conseil International (DCI) has just been selected by Capital editorial staff and Statista research institute among the 500 best French employers in 2016. The Group ranked 229th out of the 2,100 companies analysed in the ranking. For the record, in the engineering sector, the Company ranked 4th out of 62 companies.
Capital collaborated with Statista research institute to carry out the biggest ranking of French companies in 2016. To achieve this result, 2,100 companies with more than 500 employees from all sectors have been analysed. Regarding methodology, the survey was conducted independently and anonymously among employees without soliciting nor paying companies.
It gathered 20,000 respondents questioned about topics gauging their satisfaction with their employer such as: wage policy, working conditions, or gender dimension to select the 500 best French employers. The two main assessment criteria were the willingness of employees to recommend their company to their relationships and the employer attractiveness among other employees from the same industry.
