COFRAS, specializing combatants in facing asymmetrical situations.

COFRAS was created in 1972 to coach Saudi Arabian land forces in creation ex nihilo and increase in activity of its new armored operational capability. DCI's oldest activity, the division dedicated to land forces is constantly shaped to the new combat realities revealed on the many operations theaters in which the French Army has been engaged for decades. This is why our tailored solutions optimally answer the expectations of our foreign brothers in arms.

COFRAS proposes training and assistance actions for both tactical employment and operational maintenance and for all the Army corps or equipment like:

• armored vehicles (Leclerc, AIFV, AWV, LAV, PVP,etc.);
• Caesar gun, missiles (SATCP Mistral, AC Eryx & Milan), drones, mobile bridges (FCV & MAB);
• C4I (joint CIS, regiment MCS, Artillery Atlas), Scipio simulation;
• Use and assistance in specialized fields (firing, command, airborne combat, mountains, amphibious, jungle, desert, commando, special forces, mine clearance & C-IED, horse riding, etc.);
• Creation of new units (special forces and security forces) and training centers;
• Peace-making actions (mine-clearance, demilitarization, etc.).
